Day 11: Rise of the Vrykul | InkTober

Vrykul, Wikipedia tells me, are Norse-themed half-giant warriors.

I had to look this up because I didn’t really play World of Warcraft long enough to know the names of all of the races. I do have the soundtracks though, and this song was on one of them.

This is apparently the king of the Vrykul. I found his picture and thought he’d be a fun half an hour project. Boy was I wrong. Blizzard puts an insane amount of detail into their characters. This dude has a warthog shield and an owl loin cloth thingy… made of celtic knots. And braids. Lots of braids.

Someone slap me next time I think of drawing a WoW character as a quick project please?
