Day 8: Dawn’s Lament | InkTober

This is a song from the musical episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Once More With Feeling. 

In the episode, Buffy’s little sis, Dawn, gets abducted by a demon who makes people sing and dance to death. His cronies are these really cool puppet people. There wasn’t a nice still from the scene itself so I put together my own composition. I like how it came out, it reminds me of an old horror movie poster. The puppet dude is marker and acrylic, Dawn is ballpoint and acrylic.

Side note: Dawn, as a character, actually drives me nuts.
